OUR HISTORY
Ultrasprings Nigeria Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree of 1990 as a wholly Nigerian-owned company driven by a clear vision, technical excellence, and proactive leadership.
A defining moment in the company’s evolution came in September 2006, with the strategic acquisition of CSA Nigeria Limited’s hot-tapping line of business during its wind-up process. This transition saw Ultrasprings take ownership of advanced IP508 and IP100 hot-tapping machines, originally manufactured by IPSCO UK (now part of Furmanite Incorporation, USA), as well as the integration of highly experienced pipeline intervention professionals and key management personnel. This milestone laid the foundation for Ultrasprings’ strong technical capacity and industry credibility.
Since then, Ultrasprings has grown into a trusted name in pipeline intervention and maintenance services, expanding its capabilities and establishing its subsidiary, Akmos Global Services Limited, to further support diverse engineering and industrial needs.
Guided by a commitment to quality, safety, innovation, and integrity, Ultrasprings continues to build on its legacy, positioning itself as a leading provider of comprehensive support and turnaround maintenance services across the oil and gas, construction, power, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors.
