KEY MANAGEMENT STAFF

MR. EWEPEJU LUKMAN AFOLABI (Group Managing Director)

Mr. Ewepeju Lukman is the Group Managing Director of Ultrasprings Nigeria Limited. He Holds a HND in Accountancy, and also has the following qualifications (FCMA, FCFIP, AMNIM).

Prior to starting up Ultrasprings, He worked with several blue chip companies and was the Head of Accounts & Finance with C.S.A Nigeria Limited (Multinationals) before joining Ultrasprings Nigeria Limited. He has more than 12 years experience in Finance, Administration and Business Development and shoulders the ultimate responsibility for the quality of business activities, the reviewing of company policy and strategy to meet the objectives of the company.

He provides an organization that is structured for the accurate and efficient transfer of information. By ensuring through delegation of authority that sufficient resources are available to enable all personnel to function efficiently and effectively; Mr. Ewepeju, is able to control, review and continue the effectiveness of the quality system.

MR. ADEOLA SUNDAY O. (Executive Director Finance and Business Development)

He is the Group Executive Director Finance and Business Development. He holds B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting, M.Sc in Economics.

He is Responsible for the daily business development plan to ensure good & profitable contracts, as well as the analysis of financial implications for execution.  Mr. Adeola coordinates the administration and accounts of the company and oversees all the group heads and departmental heads.

ENGR. FAOLA A OLUDARE (Executive Director Operations)

He is a Group Executive Director (Operations). He holds B.SC in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Member of Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN).
