COMPANY HISTORY

ULTRASPRINGS NIGERIA LIMITED was incorporated under the Federal Government of Nigeria companies and Allied matters Decree 1990.

ULTRASPRINGS NIGERIA LIMITED is Wholly owned by Nigerians with proactive decision making abilities and a clear vision. This has been reflected by the acquisition of CSA Nigeria Limited’s Hot-tapping line of business and the team of Pipeline Intervention Maintenance personnel, which led to the total taking-over of the IP508 and IP100 Hot-tapping machines both manufactured by IPSCO UK now Furmanite Incorporation USA. During this process, ULTRASPRINGS also absorbed key management personnel of CSA Nigeria Ltd, which formed the start-up structure of the company. This change of banner took place in September 2006 during the CSA Nigeria Ltd winding-up exercise.

ULTRASPRINGS NIGERIA LIMITED is the owner of AKMOS GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED. Nigerians wholly own Ultrasprings and Akmos.
